Post Discharge Peer Support
Free to Wandsworth residents (by referral) who have been discharged from Springfield University Hospital
Regular supportive contact and encouragement from the perspective of people who have had similar experiences.
Jam Session

Art Studio

Breathe Music
Free to all young people 18-24yrs old by referral
Wednesdays 2.00 – 5.00
A range of music technology/tuition/live music/recording session for 18-24 year olds who are not in employment, training or education and disadvantaged through mental health issues. Call Paul or Searahlaine on 020 7207 1786 for details.

Playing music with other people is by far the most exciting and beneficial way to learn. We will find the right live music opportunity for you to play and rehearse with others.
£13.50 per two hour session includes access to all instruments and support from an experienced musician. (reduced rates for self funders).
The DJ session
Self running session with use of vinyl decks, CD decks, PA system or Serrato software for mp3s.
£13.50 for 3 hour session (reduced rates for self funders).

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL BUDGETS
Funds are sometimes made available by local authority social services or NHS organisations to pay for services that people have identified will help them in their recovery. Some people coming to Sound Minds are funded by Personal Budgets of some kind.
Personal budgets are usually arranged through NHS community mental health teams and local authority social work teams. The processes differ from borough to borough.
If you are applying for a Personal budget on behalf of a client, it is essential that you call us for a quote before making the application.
SELF FUNDING
Sound Minds has reduced rates for most services when people pay for themselves. Call for discounts.
